It’s the start of the official beach season on the Outer Banks. What better way to spend a sunny Memorial Day Sunday afternoon than shopping and eating good food with my daughter while overlooking the Currituck Sound. The Blue Point Restaurant is a great place for brunch. We really enjoyed the Egg & Cheese casserole with sausage and the grilled tuna steak over quinoa salad (don’t miss the $5.00 Mimosas and Bloody Marys) - yum!! Watch out with the shopping after those Mimosas…$$$!
